Little Bear’s Fudgery

Little Bear’s Fudgery is a Wirral based, family run business created because we once made fudge as Christmas gifts and was told in no uncertain terms that we should sell it. And when we say we’re a family run business, we mean it. If you come to see us at at one of our markets there’s even a chance you’ll see our youngest child, Little Bear himself, who happens to be our best sales person.

All of our products are handmade, by us, to the highest standards. If we wouldn’t buy it, we won’t sell it. The hardest part of this is that we occasionally have a batch of mistake fudge that we have to eat ourselves. Sometimes you just have to take one for the team.

We’re very proud to have scored a 5 from our local council food hygiene inspection and we use separate pots and utensils when we make our vegan and nut containing products although there is some risk of cross-contamination due to us only having the one kitchen.
