Mere Brook House is a 5 star country house with eight ensuite bedrooms and facilities for hosting business meetings and family celebrations including weddings. It is set in four acres of landscaped gardens and is mid-way between Liverpool and Chester on the Wirral Peninsula. As farmers Donald and I are passionate about using local and home produce and to this end have our own hives for honey, vegetable garden and orchards and produce our own apple juice some of which is made into still and sparkling cider.
